Frequently Asked Questions
Are we allowed to take engagements and bridal pictures on the property? Yes, al long as we are hosting your event.
When are you available to give a walkthrough of the facility? From Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm. By appointment.
What amount is required for the deposit? Depending on which ballroom you chose, the deposit will be $1000 for the San Agustin bALLROOM, $600 for the Tesoro Club, $500 for the Philip V, and $700 for the Zaragoza. All Deposits are non-refundable.
Okay, I have the money for the deposit. When is it due? Immediately. No deposit, we cant reserve your event.
Already paid the deposit. When is the payment due? Price price shall be paid in full 10 days prior of the event.
